websocket test in webkit_tests failing on chromium.webkit/WebKit Mac10.9

external/wpt/websockets/constructor/013.html?wss failing on chromium.webkit/WebKit Mac10.9. Could it be https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/570141/? Seems like the only relevant CL in the regression range (https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/WebKit%20Mac10.9/builds/48500)

I found the cause: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/579973/ contains a stray change to TestExpectations which removes the failure expectation for Mac10.9 for this test. Assigning to the author of that CL.
