Issue descriptionThe AFDO stage is getting the following warning: WARNING: Could not send e-mail from cros-beefy288-c2.c.chromeos-bot.internal to chromeos-toolchain-sheriff@grotations.appspotmail.com via 'mail.golo.chromium.org': [Errno -2] Name or service not known Is this a machine setup issue? Is this just a warning? It seems to me that we have been getting the email but I am not sure it is working all the time. It would be bad if we are missing some emails because the failure that the emails are reporting will eventually become fatal.
