Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/59.0.3071.109 Chrome/59.0.3071.109 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open Gmail 2. go to settings, change display picture 3. after uploading the image chromium hangs and is unable to recover What is the expected behavior? the image should be uploaded. What went wrong? the image is not being uploaded and chromium hanged Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.109 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 ,Windows 7 & Mac 10.12.6 using chrome reported version-59.0.3071.109 , stable-60.0.3112.90 & latest Canary-62.0.3176.2. Image is getting uploaded successfully. Could you please check the same issue by upgrading chrome to latest chrome versions & let us know your observations on the same. Thanks..!!
