ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE trying to reach Gmail on Mac through firewall

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to mail.google.com
Result:
This site can’t be reached

mail.google.com is currently unreachable.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE

What is the expected result?
Can reach gmail

What happens instead of that?

Thank For filing the issue! Tested in chrome # 60.0.3112.66 and Canary #62.0.3169.0 on Mac 10.12.5 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.Adding related dev team in 'CC' for further inputs.

We are seeing mutiple reports of these ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE on gmail recently.

We're running some alternative experiments in M61 to better understand these bugs. 

If you still experience problems in M61, please let us know (with any details about the middlebox/firewall/network appliances you can find and a net internals log of the problem (https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details)).

Otherwise we'll close this bug in a few days.
