Files app: Update Media View roots UI to better indicate read-only roots

Project Member Reported by weifangsun@chromium.org, Jul 28 2017

Issue description

In the left-hand navigation of Files app, we currently support 2 types of roots - real file folder roots (ex. Downloads, Drive) and views (Media View folders).

It would be helpful to users if we could more clearly indicate this difference in roots to user via visual indicators in the UI.

<files-triage> Pushing back to M68 for now as we decide on next steps for ARC++ in Files.

The Side-Nav refresh now groups read-only views at the top separately from the local/3rd party roots.
