[Presentation API] Improve webkit_unit_tests coverage

Many of the classes in third_party/WebKit/Source/modules/presentation do not have unit tests. This bug tracks the effort to backfill webkit_unit_tests for them.

Derek to flush out which unit tests we need (some may be covered by layout tests) and update bug.  We can assign to Available after that.

It looks like we have sufficient layout test to cover third_party/WebKit/Source/modules/presentation. For more complicated parts we also have sufficient unit test coverage. This should be fine as long as we ensure sufficient coverage when we introduce additional logic to the implementation.
