Issue descriptionPerf benchmarks seem to be missing timing information on test results. https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/treemap.html#testType=system_health.common_desktop&tests=system_health.common_desktop%2Fbrowse%3Atools%3Aearth is currently blank for me. Although maybe I'm holding it wrong.
