bringup skylake devices in cassandra

chell: already good-to-go: chromeos1-row1-rack3-host1 
lars: not in lab (or firmware part of lab that is) yet
sentry: not in lab yet 
asuka: needs repair
lili: not in lab yet
caroline: not in lab yet
cave: not in lab yet

Not sure what all we need for this effort, e.g. which particular devices we can use.  I would think we have PVTs or MPs we could use for this, need to investigate.

Update from discussion: Raju, please correct me if this looks wrong:

chell: already FSI'd, should be available in main lab, can probably free up space used by chell in cassandra
lars/lili, sentry, asuka, caroline, cave: already FSI'd, should be available in main lab

long term plan is FAFT in main lab.  cassandra for pre FSI.
