Device offline on chromium.perf

Project Member Reported by martiniss@chromium.org, Jul 27 2017

Issue description

All devices on build16-b1 seem to be offline. See https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/botlist?c=id&c=os&c=task&c=status&f=pool%3AChrome-perf&f=status%3Adead&l=100&s=id%3Aasc for a list of dead devices in the Chrome-perf pool.

I normally let automatic tickets handle this stuff, but the whole bot is dead, so I figure something might have happened to it?

I was walking by and took a look. Power strip connection for the usb hub eas loose. Reset it and now all is good.
