REPRODUCTION CASE
1. Open the test case.
2. Visit chrome://cache on the same tab and click quickly on "Click here" link.

I couldn't repro on Windows, but did repro on Mac. 

The browser crashed moments later due to  Issue 748362 ; we should fix that and see if this problem still repros.
