Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch browser (any - chrome beta, stable, safari, etc on iOS)
2. The browser can be in incognito mode, fresh install or a new tab
3. Browse to the webpage www.visualstudio.com/en-us/docs/setup-admin/tfs/command-line/tfsconfig-cmd
3a. Wait for the entire page to load
4. Reload as many times as you want - the page causes the browser to fail rendering, and eventually submit at issue

What is the expected behavior?
The page will fail to render. Chrome prompts to reload. Eventually it prompts to submit an issue. Same behavior for other browsers

Crash in render
