Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 OPR/46.0.2597.57
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set GPO "Set user data directory" to something other than default. Local machine or network location doesn't matter. We used with version 59 and older with out issue. \\appsensestorage\ChromeProfiles\${user_name}\ChromeProfile
2. Attempt to launch Chrome
3. A "Google Chrome has stopped work" message appears
What is the expected behavior?
When properly working, the user chrome profile will be created in the desired location, Chrome will function as normal.
What went wrong?
Setting the user data directory no longer functions when set via GPO.
Did this work before? Yes 59
Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 build 7601
