Flakiness dashboard not displaying all tests |

Hey Sergiy - how much work would it take to do this? Any chance you can slot this in earlier?

I have 8 P1 issues assigned to me and many of them require weeks of work, so my estimate would be at least Q4 or even 2018Q1.

AFAIK the flakiness dashboard doesn't display tests where they've all passed. So this is WAI?
