Missing alerts for v8.browsing_mobile

Looks like we are missing alerts for v8.browsing_mobile 

memory:chrome:renderer_processes:reported_by_chrome:v8:effective_size_avg 
memory:chrome:renderer_processes:reported_by_chrome:v8:heap:effective_size_avg

Annie, could you please add alerts for all stories of v8.browsing_mobile for the two memory metrics?

Is there a way I could check (or get a list of) existing alerts?
