Origin Trial binding tests do not cover page reload

It appears, from  crbug.com/748102 , that the Origin Trial bindings tests do not cover the case where a page with a trial is reloaded through the browser UI.

That bug exposed a case where the WebVR attributes were correctly installed on first-page-load, but on reload, when the Window object is initialized early, the attributes were not installed.

We should have tests in place to catch that kind of regression.
