Using per revision bisect providing bisect results below

My change is definitely unrelated. It removes an incorrect suppression for test builds using the Undefined Behavior Sanitizer. Release builds don't ever use UBSan (because they crash, on purpose, at the slightest sign of undefined behavior). On top of that, changes to the UBSan blacklist wouldn't affect maps highlighting.

Please try bisecting again.

No, this is not regression.
I can reproduce that highlights are seen when the map is 'selected' on
 Chrome stable as following:
1. Select from 'Location' to 'Powered by Squarespace' including the map.
2. Click on zoom out button.

Somehow I am unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in C#5 on the latest stable(60.0.3112.78) of Windows-10 and got the same bisect as mentioned in C#4.

Good build: 61.0.3162.0(No highlight seen)
 Bad build: 61.0.3163.0(Orange/Blue highlights)

yoichio@: Could you please review the attached screen-cast(from 60.0.3112.78) and expected vs actual screen-cast from C#0. Please let us know if anything being missed here.

Thank you!

No, you need to click zoom out button w/o double click after selection.

Lower to Pri-3 since we don't have time to work this.

Closing this issue as wont-fix as on navigating to http://www.krazyroll.com/ seeing Website is expired. Attaching screenshot for reference.
