Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3168.0 OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Win What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to chrome://settings/content>> click on any settings Eg: PDF documents or USB devices or Zoom levels (2)Keep tabbing until focus reaches the arrow (3)Now press ctlr+A and continue tabbing until focus reaches the omnibox Expected Text should not be selected Actual All the text on the page, including the link is selected This is a regression issue broken in M-61 Below is the manual bisect info ============================= Good Build: 61.0.3132.0 Bad build: 61.0.3133.0

This appears to be the standard behavior for text selection. For example, do a select all (ctrl+a) on this bug web page and tab to the omnibox. The text stays selected; marking this WAI WontFix based on that. |
