  2. Launch iOS chrome
  3. Navigate to any webpage(cnn.com) 
  4. Copy any link
  5. Go back to Home screen, press the chrome icon that 3D force touch 

Observed results:
At Step 1: Quick action is not shown for Chrome ‘No copied link’
At Step 5: Copied link is not shown under 3D Force Touch quick actions

At Step 1: Quick action should be displayed for Chrome ‘No copied link’
At Step 5: Copied link should be displayed under 3D Force Touch quick actions
