Rebaseline bots are taking forever (mac try bots stuck 4+ hours on webkit_unit_tests)

Project Member Reported by fmalita@chromium.org, Jul 27 2017

Issue description

E.g. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/586633/3

Rebaseline-cl fired off around 5:15pm. 5+ hours later android_blink_rel, mac10.10_blink_rel, mac10.11_blink_rel, mac10.11_retina_blink_rel and mac10.12_blink_rel have not even started.

I had another very slow run earlier today, but not quite as bad.

To follow up: all bots completed by now (with the usual android exception), but with significant lag.

E.g. https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.blink/builders/mac10.11_retina_blink_rel/builds/3254 started Wed Jul 26 22:47:09 2017, roughly 8:30 hours after https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.blink/builders/linux_trusty_blink_rel/builds/12862

Summary: Rebaseline bots are taking forever (mac try bots stuck 4+ hours on webkit_unit_tests) (was: Rebaseline bots are taking forever)
Yesterday there were many mac try bots stuck on jobs for 4+ hours while webkit_unit_tests tests were timing out. As a result, by the end of the day, there was a queue of about 10 jobs pending.

This was unusual since usually webkit_unit_tests is super fast, and the layout tests are slow. I wasn't sure what caused it.

Update: Just looked at the status of those bots now, and recent jobs seem to be less than 2 hours, which is more manageable.
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Apparently not an issue now.
