Issue descriptionWe should be fine ordering-wise if we use an associated interface. We may need two browser-side interfaces, one from ThrottleManager -> SubresourceFilterAgent and one from ContentRulesetService -> SubresourceFilterAgent.

Wrong component, updated. This work is mostly done except for SubresourceFilterMsg_SetRulesetForProcess. This will be a bit trickier because the control messages from browser -> renderer are not supported very well. |
