Config service fails to load on Android phone |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3071.125 (Official Build) (32-bit) OS: Android 7.1.1 on nexus 6 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) load luci-config.appspot.com (2) observe the spinner (3) sign in (4) observe no change in sign in element, continue whatching the spinner. What is the expected result? Configs should load either way, and sign in status should change. What happens instead? They don't. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.
