What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to some large PDF, e.g. http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_reference_1-7.pdf
(2) Hover over "Print" icon in top right corner to show tooltip, then click it to open print preview.
(3) Click "Print using system dialog..." while print preview is still generating the preview.

What is the expected result?
Print preview disappears and nothing happens until the system dialog comes up (happens once print preview is done generating the preview in the background).

What happens instead?
Print preview disappears as expected, but "Print" tool tip from PDF plugin shows up at mouse position and does not go away until the system dialog appears.
