Margin rules not taking affect for chrome on android

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.page: http://d6685764.u1485.netctech.com/tool-repair-and-assembly/ at viewport 460 x 600 class="repair_bottom_text" is aligned correct 2. view the same page on mobile version of chrome and the margin-left attribute no longer takes place 3. lost What is the expected behavior? margin-left will work What went wrong? margin-left not applied Did this work before? No Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.2 Flash Version: must be tested on a mobile browser

@ryanchmura1 -- Thanks for reporting this issue. The screenshot of behavior noticed on the Mobile version is attached. Could you please confirm whether the issue reported and screenshot attached is as mentioned. This would help us in further investigating the issue. Other Observation -- User is not able to scroll towards right in mobile version. Please let us know if we have missed anything. Thanks in advance.

Issue and screenshot match issues on my mobile browser, I have disabled screen overflow-y which is why there is no scrolling to the right but should not be an issue assuming everything fits on the page. Also should be noted that issue does not replicate when testing different screen sizes in developer console on chrome, only on android mobile chrome browser. Thank you for looking into this.
