Monitor Linux nacl_helper size

In  bug 748294 , we had a 15x increase in the nacl_helper binary size on Linux. We should monitor the stripped nacl_helper binary size, just like we do for the chrome binary.

Is this just a monitoring request (we already have metric on perf dashboard), or is this a benchmarking request?

This is a monitoring request. If something like https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=369b9a7d24356f1135d03ccb9d256e3331810b0abf7018af0babb4e5521d5a1c&start_rev=448938&end_rev=451128 happens again, we should get a warning about it.
