[Highlights] Offering crosshairs for highlighted mouse cursor

With the highlight enabled around the mouse cursor, we received feedback that some users have such a small field of vision that they are missing the circle around the cursor. We received a request to have an option for large crosshairs to help locate the cursor. This could be a sub-setting for the mouse cursor highlight. Thoughts?

Could we get someone to do a visual mock?

Would it be a setting, and if so could we get a mock of what the settings page change would be like?

Once we have the mocks and UI approval coding it should be easy.
