The root cause might be the same. But crbug.com/749058 is a fuzzer bug and this one is a flaky layout test.

Locally confirmed https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/587151/ fixes this issue. (ToT is flaky ~15 times with 500 iterations, but the patched build does not crash.) After the CL lands, I will update the TestExpectation.
