Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit https://mysupport.jh.edu 2. Click on any of the names in the list. 3. The file to start the session will not download. What is the expected behavior? If you go back to mysupport.jh.edu and middle+click on the link you should see the expected behavior. It's suppose to download a file. What went wrong? The page doesn't load fully or the file doesn't download. I've included a screenshot but it's useless without seeing the behavior. Did this work before? Yes 58.x.x Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

I'm having trouble reproducing this. Could you try the following? 1) Include a network log, as explained at https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details , of the problem 2) Open the Chrome Developer Tools ( https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/ ) and see if any errors are logged to the console. Occasionally, Bomgar deployments may include Javascript that doesn't properly work across browsers. If this is the case, there will likely be a console log.
