Issue description

Chrome Version : 59.0.3071.115
OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04
URLs (if applicable) : https://jsfiddle.net/25vm3b76/
Other browsers tested:
  Safari and Firefox: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/25vm3b76/
2. Play with zoom levels.

What is the expected result?

=> Blue bar of divs is an actual bar, w/o any gaps.

What happens instead of that?

=> Blue bar of divs has black gaps. Problem is more visible on iOS. On Linux - zoom levels which are 0 mod 50% are rendered correctly.

Tested on Chrome Stable #60.0.3112.78 on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 and able to reproduce the issue. Issue is also reproduced on the latest Canary #62.0.3168.0.

This is a non-regression issue and able to reproduce from M-45 #45.0.2454.85. Marking it as untriaged so that issue gets addressed.

Thanks.
