Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a "New Snippet".
2. Write some code.
3. Try to format the code without using your mouse.

What is the expected behavior?
There is some keyboard shortcut to invoke the "Format" command ("{ }").

What went wrong?
Hovering over various commands in the Developer Tools shows the associated keyboard shortcut for those commands but "Format" doesn't appear to have one.

I believe that adding the ability to format the sources via a keyboard shortcut (e.g. Alt+Shift+F, Ctrl+Alt+L, etc.) would be very helpful and make coding and viewing code in Developer Tools a better experience. Thank you.
