Regression: On permission site, Microphone dropdown is not clickable

Issue description

Chrome Version:  61.0.3163.13
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to https://permission.site/
(2)Click on Microphone
(3)Go to omnibox, click on microphone icon and click on the microphone drop down

Expected
Should be able to view Microphone dropdown

Actual
Microphone dropdown is not clickable

Note: Issue is not reproducible on windows

This is a regression issue broken in M-61

This is intended.
The dropdown was misleading because it does not affect the getUserMedia call that triggers the existence of the dropdown in the first place. Once the device has been selected there is no way to change it and the dropdown somewhat made it look like it was possible.

What the dropdown used to do was to change the default microphone for future getUserMedia calls, something that can be controlled via content settings.
