Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch chrome.
  2. Force quit the app and relaunch chrome.
  3. “Articles for you” links are displayed in Ntp.
  4. Long tap on any link > Tap on Read Later in Context Menu.
  5. Link has been updated in Reading list section in Ntp.
  6. Tap on “More” under reading list.
  7. Tap on Edit > Select all the reading list entries.
  8. Tap on Delete > Tap on Finished. 
  
Observed results:
Links under reading list are displayed in Ntp.

Expected results:
Links should be removed from reading list.
