Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. With two monitors, make one have a different scaling factor than the other. 2. Position the browser so that it's slightly more on the right monitor than the left (so that it inherits scale factor from the right monitor). 3. Open https://permission.site and click on Notifications What is the expected behavior? Permission bubble gets shown and it's pointing to the lock icon. What went wrong? Permission bubble gets shown but it's not positioned correctly Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
