What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have a stored Android credential from an App with a long name
(2) Open chrome://settings/passwords

What is the expected result?
Password is displayed with the App name as origin, elided from the right, if too long.

What happens instead?
Password is displayed with the App name as origin, elided from the *left*. See attached screenshot for a visualization.

Note that this is caused by http://crrev.com/c/567936 which significantly improved the display of Android credentials. However, using the full Play Store names breaks existing assumptions about the format of origin URLs.
