Issue with adjacent elements native zoom window within iframe.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://mcsimusic.at.ua/test_android_frame.html in full version of android  chrome browser
2. Tap on any link
3. A blank native window appears.

What is the expected behavior?
A native window appears with corresponding content.

What went wrong?
The native window is empty.

Did this work before? N/A

mcsimusic@, thanks for reporting the issue. We were unable to repro this issue on nexus 5X/MOB31V, on chrome: 59.0.3071.125. The native window displays content. 

Can you please provide additional details like device name, model, along with bugreport and logcat, if possible?

I can reproduce it with vertical orientation on Nexus 10/LMY49H, on Chrome 58.0.3029.83, on Android 5.1.1

Just to update, the issue is not able to reproduce in Landscape Mode.

Tested the issue on Latest Stable# 59.0.3071.125, Latest Beta# 60.0.3112.78, Latest Dev# 61.0.3163.13 and was able to reproduce the issue using the following Devices.
Sony C6902 / 4.4.4, Samsung Galaxy J7 (SM-J710FN / 6.0.1), Google Pixel XL (7.1.2), Asus_T00J (4.4.2).

Note: Issue is also reproducible on Chrome# 55.0.2883.91.
