MD chrome://settings - can not highlight > copy to paste anything

Can not highlight in order to copy and paste

A TC confirms highlighting but with bad formatting in 61.0.3160.0

Hi, the link you've shared is a private topic.  Can you share more info about the problem?  Is it that selection doesn't work?  Are you trying to use a touchpad or an external mouse?  What device is this on?
