Chrome Feedback sending incomplete extension information

Chrome "report an issue" sends some system information to Google. It has the following issues:

* Extension data is collected for the wrong profile. The list of installed extensions is taken from the "Primary" profile instead of the currently active profile.

* Some information is sent as both ProductSpecificData and ProductSpecificBinaryData. The former is easier to process but is not included in the report if above a certain (often exceeded) arbitrary size.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
We decided not to proceed with the second point (sending information in ProductSpecificData and ProductSpecificBinaryData), so marking as fixed.
