Issue descriptionSeveral recurring failures on reef-chrome-pfq due to the following error: Unhandled DevServerException: CrOS auto-update failed for host chromeos2-row4-rack6-host10: SSHConnectionError: Connection to 100.115.226.241 timed out while waiting to read. Is there an issue with that particular DUT? I didn't find any thing obvious with this DUT. From the job history of this host, http://cautotest/afe/#tab_id=view_host&object_id=512, it seems it was working fine recently. There do exist some flake when ssh into the DUT. I've locked this DUT just for testing purpose. If the issue happens on other reef DUTs, then there maybe software issue there. Please update the bug if you find that this issue happens again.

I will lower the priority for now, since this is not a widespread error on all the DUTs. As I mentioned in #3, there do exist DUT connection flake sometime.

This failure mode is not unusual; our best guess is that it's caused by load on the devserver, possibly bandwidth overuse. I've unlocked chromeos2-row4-rack6-host10; I see no reason to hold this DUT out of service. |
