Quick View space bar toggle not working

Expected behavior - Click space on a file to preview and click space again to return to Files app.

Current behavior - Click space on a file to preview and clicking space again is opening the file (looks like the Open in app icon is selected by default when the preview window opens)

I'm seeing this in Dev on 61.0.3159.8.

Status: Started (was: Assigned)
Last commit on DEV 61.0.3159.8 version is from Tue Jul 18 16:43:53 2017 -0700 and thus it does not contain fixes that were made to fix the issue. Same issue is fixed in issues  747230  and  740467 .
