Issue descriptionApp Version: 62.0.3165.0 canary iOS Version: 9.3.5,10.3.2, Device: iPhone 6, iPhone 6Plus, Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome 2. Change device to landscape mode Observed results: Menu icon and Tab Switcher shifted when device is in landscape mode Expected results: Menu icon and Tab Switcher should be on the top right of the screen when device is in landscape mode Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not Tested Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA Bug reproducible on current stable build : M59, No Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build : M60, M61, No Link to video/image: https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/0B3EcbqLuR5TLSGhnRWlEMXlHbFk/view

I am able to repro this issue on 61.0.3163.13 beta on iPhone7 iOS 11 using different steps: 1. Launch app 2. Go to expired.badssl.com 3. Open a NTP Observed: Menu icon and Tab Switcher shifted Video: https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/0B3EcbqLuR5TLYmo3TTc2Q0RLSnc/view

The first issue is fixed on new Canary. The second one is different (it is on M61 and on the old NTP). I have created crbug.com/749440 to track it.
