reef-uni-release is failing on reef hw sanity test

Only the reef boards are generating the following errors:

Unhandled DevServerException: CrOS auto-update failed for host chromeos2-row4-rack6-host10: SSHConnectionError: Connection to 100.115.226.241 timed out while waiting to read

All other boards are passing.

To recreate the error:

test_that -b reef -i reef-uni-release/R62-9777.0.0 :lab: suite:sanity

Pyro passes with the same image:

test_that -b pyro -i reef-uni-release/R62-9777.0.0 :lab: suite:sanity

Reef passes with the last passing image:
test_that -b reef -i reef-uni-release/R61-9763.0.0 :lab: suite:sanity

However, it generates a lot of cryptic repair/provision failures afterwards, but passes nonetheless.

Binary search result - passed:

Not sure what's happening here, but I now can't recreate the issue using test_that.
