Edgar is delayed on detecting g_audio is up in Chameleon

Ideally, we expect the g_audio module loads up and Chromebook detect it immediately. However, it looks like it takes more than 10 secs and is failing audio_AudioBasicUSBRecord locally.

Lower the priority as it seems to happen locally only.

This bug had an unsupported status. Updating to Untriaged so someone will reevaluate.
