Layout test http/tests/streams/chromium/deep-recursion-getwriter.html is slow because it has to overflow the stack.

Layout tests http/tests/streams/chromium/simple-queue.html is slow because it needs to performs many iterations to fill up a single node of SimpleQueue.js.

Both tests are important regression tests and so shouldn't be removed.
