Regression: [DevTools]Font seems to be smaller in size after running the audit under Audit section.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 62.0.3166.0 (Official Build)dd5214f6efc02a459d85f09cb9d09383083ea27d-refs/heads/master@{#489161} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open DevTools window and go to Audit section.
2. Run the audit by clicking on 'Perform an audit' and then 'Run audit' buttons and observe.

Font of Audit is not proper it seems small to be small.
Font of Audit should be proper.

This is a regression issue broken in M-62 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 62.0.3165.0
Bad build: 62.0.3166.0

Issue is also reproducible on Mac and Linux OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:62.0.3165.0(Revision:488876).
Bad build:62.0.3166.0(Revision:489161).

You are probably looking for a change made after 489098 (known good), but no later than 489099 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.5 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3166.0

With response to comment #4: Retested this issue on Windows machine using latest Canary chrome version 62.0.3192.0 (Official Build). It's still reproducible.

Still we are able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, mac 10.12.6 & ubuntu with latest canary#63.0.3204.0.
Could you please take look and update the thread accordingly as it is marked as stable blocker.
