Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3166.0 (Official Build)dd5214f6efc02a459d85f09cb9d09383083ea27d-refs/heads/master@{#489161} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,10). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, open DevTools window and go to Audit section. 2. Run the audit by clicking on 'Perform an audit' and then 'Run audit' buttons and observe. Font of Audit is not proper it seems small to be small. Font of Audit should be proper. This is a regression issue broken in M-62 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 62.0.3165.0 Bad build: 62.0.3166.0 Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

You are probably looking for a change made after 489098 (known good), but no later than 489099 (first known bad).
