Launch chrome, navigate to above url and add extension. 2. Now click on extension icon near omnibox to open it and then right click on Fidget spinner image on top to open context menu,observe Actual: Fidget spinner spins continuously after performing right click to open context menu. Expected: Fidget spinner should not spin continuously after performing right click to open context menu.(It should stop as certain task is performed using right click context menu) This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 58’ and will soon update other info : Good build:58.0.2994.0 Bad build: 58.0.2995.0

The fidget is spinning because of the active css hover state is still set. Lan will this be fixed by your changes to hover?

No, I saw that the fidget spinner is spinning after right click and the context menu is open.
