Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open an HTTPS page. 2. Click on Padlock or "Not Secure" icon. 3. Certificate details are missing. What is the expected behavior? Users expect to see certificate information, a critical part of assessing the security of the site, in the security icon pop-up. It is not enough for chrome to declare a site as secure or not secure. Users need more information to make that determination themselves. When visiting a site for the first time, where sensitive information is requested, users need to know at what level the site has been validated. Users expect to find answers to questions like: Is the site using a "Let's Encrypt" cert, or is it an EV cert? Is the cert for the expected organization, or something misleading? What went wrong? Google developers didn't think this through. Did this work before? Yes 55 Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: Arch Linux Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
