install-build-deps-android.sh can get the wrong java when run with sudo

Project Member Reported by jbudorick@chromium.org, Jul 24 2017

Issue description

Running install-build-deps-android.sh w/ sudo can result in the script getting a different PATH and thus different java & javac binaries than $USER. This can be problematic depending on the version of java installed & referenced by /usr/bin/java.
