collapsing whole sections gets overridden

1. Collapsed a whole section (e.g. the whole "new failures" section with the right-most collapse button).
2. Come back some time later and it's uncollapsed itself.

I'm not quite sure what causes the uncollapsed. Maybe it's when the list of alerts changes?

I think the ideal behavior would be for it to highlight in red or something the number of new alerts since I collapsed it?

Having this happen when alerts change seems like a reasonable guess to me. I will want to try to replicate this later. 

I think, in general, Sheriff-o-Matic should be more intentional about how it handles "new" alerts appearing. I am extremely in favor of highlighting new alerts for a brief bit. 

I think if a section is collapsed while new alerts are added, it'd be nice for it to say something like "8 alerts (3 new)". Then if you uncollapse, it could show the new alerts highlighted.
