Files app: 'Open with' listing of apps on a file - this action is missing.

1. Open Files app, navigate to Downloads folder.
2. Right click on an image file,
'Open with' action which lists apps to open the image file (other than the default) is missing. Please refer the attachment.

I believe this feature is still being worked on per  crbug.com/740821 .
