Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open Play Store app

Expected Result:

App icon returns to default state

Actual Result:

App icon shaded and loading circle stuck

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

Probably hard to reproduce (has only happened to me once)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Play store app icon still functions the same; just the UI of it is poor
