Alert box does not get the "prevent this page from making additional dialogues" checkbox

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to https://www.w3schools.com/js/tryit.asp?filename=tryjs_alert
2. Click the alert box more than once.

What is the expected behavior?
The second time you open the alert box, there should be a checkbox to prevent alert boxes re-appearing.

What went wrong?
There was no checkbox.

The "Prevent this page..." option was removed as a part of a recent improvement whereby the alert() dialog no longer prevents you from closing the tab. 

If a page annoys you, simply close it.
